In this update, the Add function in the the Stock Room will be able to utilize data matrix codes! Any product that has been set up for scanning and utilizes a data matrix will have the lot number, expiration date, and serial number auto filled when the data matrix is scanned. This should help increase the speed of scanning products in from the Stock Room and help remove some of the chance for error from entering in this information manually.
There have been several changes to existing pages to improve consistency with filter names and organization.
- The Hide Lots Without Quantity checkbox has been brought back. This will allow you to see shelves even if they do not have a quantity on them.
- When using the Creating a New Product feature, Product Groups are no longer required. The Product Group options have been turned into a multi-select option that will allow the user to select any Product Group that applies to the product. This list is pulled from the Product Group page found from the Inventory Tab. Product Groups can be created, deleted, and edited from the Product Group page.
- The Supplier list page has been simplified to show only necessary supplier information. Account Numbers have been added back to this page.
- We have renamed some of the column headers on the discrepancy report generated after finishing a cycle count to make the data they are conveying clearer.
- The Custom Bulk Update has had some of the columns reorganized to display the data more consistently to how it is shown on other pages.
- The Transaction History Report, Product Dispensed by Facility Report, Product Purchased by Facility, and Patient Transaction Reports have received several changes. These changes include new names for some of the filters, an addition of multi-select filters where applicable, improved searching, their data readouts have been reorganized, and there is no longer a need to select the hour when filtering by date. (The Product Dispensed by Facility and Product Purchased by Facility will be changed to say Location instead of Facility in the next update. This change can already be seen when inside the report, but not from the Reports tab.)
