Buy & Bill Products via Point of Sale
You can now process Buy & Bill products directly through Point of Sale with full tracking and compliance features.
What's Included
Patient Link Required Buy & Bill products must be linked to a patient before completing the order.
Transaction Records All Buy & Bill products processed through Point of Sale automatically create a transaction record that can be viewed on the Buy & Bill transaction page.
Expiration Warnings Expiration alerts now appear when scanning Buy & Bill products, including warnings for products approaching or past their expiration date.
ICD Codes Add ICD codes directly on the Point of Sale order for Buy & Bill line items, just like on the Buy & Bill assignment page.
Point of Sale Confirmation Pop-up
The confirmation pop-up on the Point of Sale screen now displays clear language to confirm the transaction amount before proceeding. Previously, the pop-up message was incomplete.
Buy & Bill Assignment: Quantity Increment
When scanning a product with the same lot number and expiration date on the Buy & Bill Assignment page, the quantity now increments by 1 on the existing line instead of creating a new line.
