Administrators can now track password changes in Legacy User Management. View who changed a user's password and when it was last updated.

Infusion: Patient Weight Entry
Fixed an issue where approving and entering patient weight would sometimes cause a loop. This primarily affected new patients without an existing weight entered.

Wastage Calculation on Change
Fixed wastage calculation error for generic products without a treatment dose entered. The system now correctly calculates wastage when changing the dose amount.

Bill of Materials: Scanning Issue
Fixed server error when scanning products without a purchasing UOM (Unit of Measure) in the Stock Room. The system now prevents creating products without required UOM settings and displays proper error messages when encountered.

Report Issues - Product Dispensed
Fixed reporting totals for Product Dispensed by Location and Product Purchase by Location reports. These reports now correctly exclude canceled transactions from totals.
