Bug Fixes
- Custom Field Types in Buy & Bill Assignment — Custom Fields set to a specific type (Date, Time, or Number) were behaving as regular Text fields instead of their assigned type. This has been corrected.
- Missing Menu When Editing a Patient — Corrected an issue where the top menu selection disappeared when going editing a patient.
Enhancements / New Features
- Scheduled Alerts — Now display a message when there are no expiring items or items to order, instead of returning an empty table.
Scanning Non-Serialized Quantity Increase — Scanning non-serialized inventory during receiving now adds a line with a quantity of 1 in the unit of measure associated with the UPC, enabling quick scanning instead of manual quantity entry. If a compatible GS1 barcode includes a lot number and expiration date, those fields are populated automatically.- Duplicate Serial Number Already Exists Alert — When a duplicate serial number is detected, the alert now includes the location if the existing serial number is stored elsewhere.
Total Cost for Buy & Bill Removal Report — Added a Total Cost column to the Buy & Bill Removal Report, with a total sum displayed at the bottom. This column can added or hidden from the report using Show/Hide Columns button.- Patient Profile Assigned Products — Adding a product to a patient's Assigned Products list now records the date and time it was added, reflecting the time zone set in Company Information.
