New Pulse Dashboard

We are happy to announce the beta release of our Pulse Dashboard!

As we roll out our new dashboard, we understand the value of familiarity. You can continue to access our old dashboard by clicking on the "Dashboard" tab at the top of the page and selecting the "Dashboard" option listed under "Pulse Dashboard".

For those monitoring expiration dates beyond a 60-day alert period, the expiring products section on the old dashboard will use the Expiration Alert Period set in your Company Information.

The new Pulse Dashboard is an actionable dashboard that lets you click on the visuals at the top and see the related data down below.  The actionable metrics are broken down into three different segments.

The first segment of the dashboard provides an overview of your inventory status, displaying quantities of product that are out of stock, expired, expiring within the next 30 days, and expiring in 31-50 days. The numerical values represent the total in-stock quantities for each product, summed by the smallest unit of measure available for that product.

Clicking on any of the bars in the graph will display data about those products in the section below.

The columns in the data grid can be reorganized by dragging and dropping.  This will allow you to export the data in that order.

Right click on the data grid to see additional options and to export your data.

Use the filters on the right side to search or refine the data.

Use the Purchase Orders donut chart to view your purchase orders in different statuses.

For example, by clicking on the "Partially Received" section of the donut chart, the data grid below will display all purchase orders in that status.

Click Create PO to go right into creating a purchase order.

The final section provides several valuable metrics, starting with your PAR Level Alerts. This metric displays the total number of products that are below their necessary stock levels.

Clicking on the PAR Level Alerts will direct you to the PAR Report page, where you can see which products need to be ordered and the quantities needed.

Any product dispensed out of the Stock Room will have the dollar value tracked and summed in the "Dispensed Today" section.

Clicking on this section will take you to the Product Dispensed by Location report.  This report will let you see everything that has been dispensed out of the system for any specified date range.  Just select a date range, apply any necessary filters, and hit Search.

"Missing Cost Information" will show you any product that does not have a default cost input for it.

Clicking on Missing Cost Information will generate a list of product missing a default cost and allow you to edit that products information.

For those using our retina module, the "Bill Accuracy Issue" metric will show the total number of billing errors that need attention on the Billing Accuracy Report.  Clicking on this metric will take you right to the Billing Accuracy Report.

"Price Changes" will show you any price that has gone up or down for the day.

Clicking on the "Price Changes" metrics will take you to the Price Change Report where you can check to see if any products have gone up in price by selecting a start date and end date and comparing the difference between the two for all of your products.

Toggle to Price Decreases to see if any products have gone down in price.

"Inventory Transfers" will show any transfers that pending approval or waiting to be received.  Clicking on this page will take you to the Product Transfers dashboard.
