Reset Password for Another User 

Requires Admin Permissions

  1. Go to the Settings tab and select User Management


  2. Click "Edit" for the user who needs their password reset

  3. Enter a new password in the "Password" field
    1. Select the "Password Change Required" box if you'd like for the user to create their own password after they use the one you provide.
  4. Save Changes
  5. Let the user know what their new password is and they can sign in as usual. If the "Password Change Required" box was marked, the user will create their own password after logging in with the temp password. 

Suggested Communication: 

IF BOX NOT SELECTED: I have updated your password to be ***********. This will be your new password. 

OR

IF BOX SELETED: I am providing a temporary password which is ********. You will be asked to create a new password after you sign in with your temporary password. 

 


Reset Your Own Password

  1. Select the "Reset Password" link on the login page

  2. Enter your email associated to your account (often times your username) and select the "Reset Password". An email will be sent to that email.  

  3. Open the email and select "Reset Password"
  4. Select "Create new password" 
    1. Password must be at least 8 characters, a mixture of both uppercase and lowercase letters, a mixture of letters and numbers, inclusion of at least one special character, e.g: [ ! @ # ? ]


  5. Success page will be provided!

  6. Select "User Management" from the "Settings" tab

 


Password Audit Log

  1. Follow steps 1-2 from "Reset Password for Another User" 
  2. Select "Password Audits"
  3. A window pops up showing any password changes, who they were changed by, and when.
